After spending nine years in the NFL, recovery and performance became a way of life for Alex. From long seasons to daily training, he learned firsthand how essential rest and restoration are to staying at your best.
Through that journey, he discovered the power of float therapy, contrast therapy, and other recovery practices — tools that go far beyond athletics. Today, Alex is passionate about helping others experience the same benefits, empowering people of all backgrounds to move, feel, and live better.
